Cyprus Grove, Pebble Beach - California

Looking out to the misty Pacific this Cyprus tree exposed to the relentless sea spray tries to defend itself. It’s bark pitted and cut by the harsh winds and intense sun. However, for me it was a gem as I love it’s random shapes and the textures within it’s protecting bark.
